U.S. Marines and sailors assigned to the 24TH and the Nassau

Amphibious Ready Group return to the amphibious assault ship USS

Nassau (LHA 4) on a rigid-hull inflatable boat after handing out MREs and bottled water to the

patients of St Nicholas Hospital and Haitian citizens of St Marc, Haiti

experienced a 7.0 magnitude earthquake on Jan. 12, 2010 that

devastated most of the island nation.
