how to write your claim

rules of court (example)1. i: a man; John Smith; will be present to press a claim of

trespass under oath at the john smith court on [xxx] date at the [County Court of Timbuktu];

2. i, require the man who at times acts as judge or magistrate to give his oath to the following at the john smith court:i, [state your name] give oath that i, will be true to serve those of mankind in the office of judge or magistrate and will do right by all manner of mankind, and uphold the law, there to witness a claim with facts to support said claim and to render a verdict without fear, favour, affection or ill will so help i, god;

say since there is a legal case on [november xx] case number [xxx] with a jury trial and as all those mentioned in the claim of i, will be present on that day, it is the wish of i, to press this claim of trespass on the same day at the same time for the convenience of the court for a trial by jury to consider all claims set before said jury and to render said verdict;

4. i, require a court of record for the john smith court at the [County Court or Timbuktu];

sworn in under oath to testify under penalty of perjury; 6. The court will not accept any legal arguments, codes,

acts and or statutes as this is a court of law; 7. The court will only accept claims with facts and
