What does taking care of your “mind and body” mean to you?◦ Activity: On the white board, identify how drug or

alcohol use has affected your life. How has using affected:

Your school or job performance? Your relationships with others? Your relationship to the law? Your finances? Your physical health? Your emotional/mental health? Your feelings about yourself?

Do I have a Problem? How could you tell if you had a problem

with alcohol or drugs? Who would confront you? What could you do about it? What are your options?

How could the use of drugs and alcohol interfere with you achieving the goals you set for yourself upon turning 25?
