On 22nd Feb we walked up to the Hermitage to attend the special service they were holding to remember the devastating Christchurch earthquake. Denis gave a very moving speech and also read a message for our school children. It was special to have been able to be part of this remembrance. We raced back to school to meet up with the pre schoolers who visit every second Wednesday. It was great to have Sarah and Sophie back in our class. They are so enthusiastic to learn. We also welcomed this week Vena. It is wonderful to have these 4 year olds as part of our programme.
