GET MUSIC

GET YOUTUBE CLIPSMacX You Tube DownloaderThere are other youtube downloader apps for PCs etc Hunt around and you should find a free one. This is invaluable because it means you will be able to keep all kinds of useful footage for inspiration, ideas and stealing imagery.

MPEG Streamclipis a free convertor and is fabulous. Once you have downloaded clips with Macx (or whatever you use) use Streamclip to change the format of the movie to make it compatible with iMovie. Quicktime is best.

Clipgrab – another downloader – might not work nowOther software

Youtube good place to get ‘found’ sounds
