school mascot is Terry the Tiger, he uses this photo as a graphic element on the school’s web page. He cites the website from which it was copied. This is fair use.

The load one copy onto the library computer so all students/classes have access to the program all day. The teachers install the Kid Pix Player on their classroom computers to evaluate the student work. This is permissible.

True or False?An elementary school transcribes the lyrics from
