Evaluation Post Assessment tools Instructor andstudent questionnaire 12. Time Line May 2008 Instructors will start receiving instruction on using MicrosoftOffice 2007. July 2008 All academic computers including the Program Directors andAdjunct Instructor computers will have Microsoft Office 2007 September 2008 Staff will start receiving instruction on using MicrosoftOffice 2007. October of 2008- Staff computers will convert to Microsoft Office 2007 December 2008- Seminar on integrating technology into lesson plans March 2009 Workshop for instructors to develop a lesson plan usingtechnology. June 2009- Representatives from Pearson, Cengage, McGraw-Hill andSaunders textbook publishers will present instructor material available fromthe respective companies. October 2009 Instructors sharing their ideas with other instructors onhow they use technology in their lessons. January 2010- IT and OT instructors are Microsoft Certified in theirrespective subject area. May 2010 -Instructors are now implementing at least 3 technology-infusedlessons per week.
