Little can be muchDid you know that STROKE
remains the leading cause of dis-ability and the third leading
cause of death in the United States. But just a small amount of
exercise can cut your risk of stroke by more than half.
In one study, people who walked as little as 20 minutes three
times a week were 57% less likely to suffer a stroke. Other “light”
exer-cises that showed similar benefits included dancing, golf, and
gar-dening.
