CANCELLATIONS :
Deposit of R10 000 is non-refundableAll function cancellations must be done by way of writtennotice, at least 6 months prior to the date of the function(hereinafter “the notice period”).Any function cancellation made after the start of the noticeperiod will be subject to a 50% (fifty percent) cancellation feeof the total function chargesIf a function is cancelled within 7 days or less from the dateof the function such cancellation will be subject to a 100%(one hundred percent) cancellation fee of the total functionchargesAny date or venue change/s will be considered a cancellationof the function and will be subject to the sole and absolutediscretion of Diep in die Berg managementPlease confirm all changes and function cancellation inwriting
