Onsite Wedding Ceremonies We would be pleased to host your ceremony at our location. Ceremonies can be held in our Trafalgar Room (up to 100 guests) or in half of our Somerset Ballroom. Complimentary Tasting
Our wedding packages include a complimentary tasting for four guests 3-6 months prior to wedding date. Your tasting includes (3) Hors D’oeuvres, (2) First Course Options, (3) Entrees. Additional guests may be added to a tasting for $50.00 per person.
Special Dietary Requests
We are happy to accommodate any guests with dietary restrictions. When providing the final guest count and meal choices, please specify any special requests and we will be sure to accommodate as needed.
Guarantee of Attendance/Guest Count
A final count of your guests is due with meal choices at the time of final payment (10 days prior to wedding). It is the responsibility of the couple to provide place cards for each guest stating

Wedding Cake
Our wedding packages include a custom-designed wedding cake from your choice of either Jacque’s Fine European Pastries or Frederick’s Pastries. Our staff will cut, plate and serve your Wedding Cake tableside or as a display along with coffee and tea service. There is no cake cutting fee if you utilize our cake vendors. If you choose to another licensed vendor to provide your cake a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee will apply.

Overnight Guest Room Rates
A discounted room block rate can be created for your wedding guests. Rate will depend on seasonality and demand, and are subject to availability. Quoted guestroom rate is not inclusive of 9% occupancy tax.
“Welcome” Gift Bags/Letters
Many couples wish to provide gift bags or letters to their guests who have booked a hotel room. We are happy to provide these to your guests as they check in. Gift bags/letters must be provided to the hotel 24 hours prior to guest arrival. * Bags should not be personalized to induvial guests.
Deposit A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. This deposit will be applied to the final bill. 50% payment is due 3 months prior to wedding date. Final balance is due 10 days prior to the wedding and is payable by credit or debit card, bank check, certified check, or money order. We cannot accept personal checks for the final balance of a function.

Parking is offered on a complimentary basis, both in our open-air lot and covered parking garage.
Liquor Policy
All liquor will be served only to guests who can produce a positive identification and are 21 years or older. The Doubletree by Hilton Nashua, NH reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who fails to provide a valid form of identification per New Hampshire State Law. The Hotel reserves the right to shut down the bar if guests under age 21 are found consuming alcohol, or if outside alcohol is found in the function space. Absolutely no outside liquor is permitted.
