The Wizid Way -- Linking VENUE website VENUE ticketing
An event is created on both the VENUE website andthe VENUE ticketing website. On the VENUEwebsite, the link to buy the tickets just needs to beupdated with the VENUE ticketing website link. Thecustomer¶s website can also link to the VENUE
We can integrate with any Australian bank¶s payment gateway. However, we encourage the use of PayPal due to their competitive pricing structure. Our system also allows you to choose during the event creation process whether thetransactional and surcharge fees is absorbed into or priced on top of the base ticket cost.

Example:Event: The Think Pink Think Choices Charity Ball 2010Cost: $140 per person Assuming that the ticket surcharge and transaction fee is billed on top of the base ticket cost, thetable below showsthe breakdown of cost per ticket that the user will pay. The ticket surcharge and transaction fee can also be absorbedinto the base ticket cost. The admin sets the option when creating the event.

PayPal receives the funds from the customer and can split it three ways. The table below illustrates thesplit. The
customer only sees the ticket cost paid to the Think Pink Think Choices Charity Ball. The Think Pink Think Choicesorganisation only sees the cost of A$2.00 paid to VENUE. The VENUE will see the subsequent split of A$1.01 and A$0.99

The timeframe needed to deliver the final product will bedetermined by the complexity of any customisation.

1 Gather requirements from client throughinterview sessions
2 Requirements are translated into a wireframedocument. Functionality, time frame and cost isdetermined here
3 Website template is designed concurrently withwireframe planning.
4 Sign off on website design template
5 Sign off on wireframe document
6 Development commences
7 QA testing is performed. Any additionalfunctionalities is requested at this stage.(Additional development fee will be incurred for additional functionalities not captured inwireframe)
8 Website is migrated onto live hosting platformand launched

Economical DevelopmentOur basic system costs $5500 (plus GST). Any additional customisations or extensions will bepriced above and beyond this cost.However, we do not envisaged this to exceed $9900 (plus GST). A final quote will be delivered upon conducting a formal requirements gathering and interviewsession.
We offer DAILY RENTAL*, LEASE* or PURCHASE* outrightTerms & Conditions* apply. We offer daily rental on Scanners, Kiosks and some printers. Hardwareand software may be leased through Team Leasing. Printed Media can only be purchased outright.
Ticket Surcharge
We charge a flat $0.99 incl GST for every e-ticket sold. If you are using PayPal, this will beautomatically deducted from every ticket sale. As described previously, A venue or promoter canapply an additional surcharge.
Maintenance
Software and maintenance fee of 20% of total development cost will be charged annually
