Website Navigation and Getting Started
Welcome to SAP Online!
You can access a great deal of information resources on this website without logging in. If you were a previous SAP user on the old website (lavender and green), you may recognize some of the tabs (formerly across the top) which have been transferred over from the old site to this new SAP Online site setup (See below):

This website’s primary reporting function is to serve the Joint Quarterly SAP Reporting Alliance.
If you are a county authority (CA), you will:
1. Register/validate your account (Contact KSys Incorporated for your username and password);
2. Grant provider access; and/or 3. View and approve/reject private provider reports.
If you are a private provider, you are required to report the services you provided to the LEA(s) for the year. You (the private provider) will:
1. Register an account online; 2. Associate yourself to the appropriate reporting CA(s); and/or 3. Report via the Quarterly Reports section.

County Authority (CA) Access
After you log in with your CA account (and after the initial registration process), you’ll see the following:
In the tasking area, you’ll see the following sections:
• Provider Forms • Reports • Provider Access • Resources
Provider Forms is where you, the CA, can go to review private provider data and approve or reject the reports, as necessary. The Reports section is designated for viewing, printing, and/or saving reporting forms. Provider Access is where you assign LEAs to a private provider account so the private providers can report their services provided to them. Lastly, the Resources tab provides user documentation (in pdf format) about the tasking available on the website.
