National Champion Saurav Ghosal, world no. 15, went down without putting up too much of a �ight to Spaniard Borja Golan in the �inal of the USD 35,000 CCI Open Squash Championships.
In the battle between the two top seeds, no.1 seed Golan outsmarted the Indian national champion, seeded second, 11-6 11-4 10-12 11-5 in the best-of-�ive match at the Cricket Club of India to clinch the crown in the second tournament of the four-legged JSW Indian Squash Circuit 2015
Squash Clinic at NDA31st August to 4th September 2015 at the squash courts of NDA
A complimentary Squash Clinic was conducted at NDA from 31st August to 4th September 2015 which was organised by SRAM in association with ISP. The objective of the squash clinic was to test the 250 cadets in the �irst year of NDA and to identify top players from these, who could be then referred to advance coaching with the objective of reaching and winning at Indian National Squash Tournaments within the next 2 to 3 years. Puneet Pareek (Head Coach), Nilesh Pal, Azad Singh and Vishal Yadav who are seeded amongst the top 16 players in their respective categories in the cournty were the coaches involved in conducting this camp.

Commonwealth Youth Games At Tuana’imato Sports Facility, Apia, Samoa (11 Sept 2015)
Velavan Senthilkumar and Harshit Jawanda gave India a silver medal from the mixed doubles competition of the squash event in the Commonwealth Youth Games being held in Samoa.
Earlier Velavan won a bronze medal in the men's singles by default as his play-off opponent opponent Israr Ahamad of Pakistan reported sick and could not take the court.

Asian Junior Individual ChampionshipAt Teheran, Iran : 27th August 2015
Navaneeth Prabhu’s won silver medal in the U-13 �inal of the Asian Junior Individual Championship in Iran. In addition India had a tally of four bronze medals: Tushar Shahani (boys U-15), Harshit Jawanda (Girls U-19), Nikita Joshi (girls U-17) and Megha Bhatia (Girls U-13). All of them had lost in the semi-�inal stage.
