subsidiary of Emdeon Corporation. Emdeon Corporation changed its

name to HLTH Corporation in connection with the sale of 52% of its Emdeon Business Services segment.

The new name took effect on May 21, 2007.

WebMD and AOL April 25, 2002, AOL and WebMD Corporation announced
