& links in emails now fixed, initial notification now optional, error message improvements, users can create own scales,

• '(end of year) site copy' will now will now update most intra-site URLs with URL of new site

• reading lists: some problems fixed (now works with MSIE)• SES tool: potential for course display to be public, now
