address (URI). It’s very much like a physical meeting room but with added

advantages.

Anyone with a meeting URI and a laptop/desktop/smart-phone or from a physical

meeting room can join a virtual meeting room.

How it works

If you’re joining from a web browser

1. Enter the URI in the browser

2. Enter the VMR ID & PIN (if required)

3. You’re in the meeting room

You can join a VMR from Skype, or a desktop client too.

1. Enter the meeting room ID(VMR ID)

2. Enter the PIN (if required)

3. You’re in the meeting room

If you’re dialing through 3rd party system
