2. Our Vision 808 Renewable Energy Corporation manages combined
heat and power (CHP) renewable energy projects. Our goal is to help
America focus on renewable and green energy solutions in order to
reduce our dependence on foreign oil. We have committed to
acquiring or building over 100 green energy power plants in the
next years that utilize cogeneration to produceelectricity, heat,
and/or chilled water, to be placed at moderately
sizedmanufacturing, industrial, and office campus facilities around
America. It isbelieved that this will not only reduce Americas
dependence on foreign oil,but that it will also provide a
significant cost savings to each facility where a plant is placed.
Major revenue drivers are for the sales of generated electricity,
heat, and/or chilled water. 3. Go Forward Strategy 808 Renewable
Energy through its management team has a two prongs strategy for
the following years. Itscurrent business plan calls for two
co-management strategies: Co-management of commercial and
industrial facilities energy needs through the acquisition,
refurbishmentand operation of 808 owned CHP plants. Co-management
of third party cogeneration companies portfolios through the
acquisition, refurbishment andsale of CHP plants to third parties
to fit their growth strategy Refurbishment and operation OR New
Build and operation of COGEN facilities To date 808 Renewable
Energy has built the competency to deliver on these strategies with
its uniquelyskilled management team and a break even platform from
where it can operate. 4. COMPANY OVERVIEW:Management TeamPatrick
