Once installed, the webex room wil launch. The first message you will see is, if you could like to join
the audio conference. Choose “yes”. If you do not, you will not
be able to hear anything, and you will not be heard.

Once we click, yes or join, we will now be connected
to audio. We should be able to hear audio from the feed.

Please be sure to mute your microphone, be pressing
this icon besides your name. When it turns red, that means you are mute.

If you are not hearing anything, check your audio
settings by going to “Audio” then “Speaker/Microphone
Audio Test”
How to Join WebEx Training CenterMake sure the output is the correct device. You can also click “test” to
play a sound. This is good if the test feed is not
playing sound, so you can still check your system. You’ll know if audio is
coming from the other sites, when you see green bars in the volume meter. If the bar is going green
and you do not hear anything, switch the
output device and test again. Be sure to press
“ok” to keep the changes. Otherwise it will go back
to the old settings.

Next, turn on your camera, by press the
camera icon besides your name.

You will then see video from your web camera
appear in the corner. This is what the other sites see
from you.

To hide this, so brethren in your local site, can see the
full video, click this minimize icon first.
