Requirements/Eligibility

Minimum of a 2.5 GPA Must be one of the following:

o University of Utah Student o Salt Lake Community College o MAACC/SOMOS/BEACON

Members

o MAA Graduate U.S Citizen or U 144/Non-Fafsa/DACA

Students eligible to apply. Minimum of a High School Diploma or

Equivalent GED

Creative Art Piece:

Answer the question using a creative medium (i.e. poem, painting, video, essay, etc), attach a description up to 300 words, to describe art form relating to question. (No description necessary for essay).

How has your identity/culture shaped your educational experience?

Criteria: Creative Writing Piece up to 500 words Video minimum of 3 minutes

Minimum Size Canvas 11x15
