Maidenhead Kung-Fu is a friendly and sociable club providing the highest quality martial arts training available to help you to achieve your specific objectives.

CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE 5 DAYS A WEEK

With sessions available for all ages of men, women and kids.

TAI CHI & CHI GUNG Monday 7-8pm. Thursday 8.15-9.45pm.

EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU Monday and Tuesday 8.15-9.45pm

Wednesday 7-8.30pm.

Friday 7.30-9.30pm.

Kids BEGINNER KUNG FU Monday and Wednesday 5-6pm.

Kids ADVANCED KUNG FU Tuesday and Thursday 5-6pm.

ADULTS BEGINNERS EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU

(foundation skills class) Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm.

BOOKING A FREE TRIAL LESSON

If you are interested in coming along to a class and want to see what it's all about, come along to one of our FREE TRIAL lessons. All you need to do is call 01628 780743 and speak to SiFu Dale to book a lesson. For all under 15's, parent/guardians must attend the lesson (there is a seating area for you to watch).

BEFORE YOUR TRIAL LESSON

Please arrive 10 minutes early for the lesson as there is a health and safety/information form to complete before the lesson starts.

Suitable clothing for the trial lesson should be, for example, a tee shirt and jogging bottoms. Footwear- light but sturdy clean indoor trainers.

It is important that you let us know as soon as possible if for any reason you will not be able to make the lesson - Don’t worry, it will be possible to re-arrange the lesson for another day.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FREE TRIAL

The lesson you attend is a beginner’s class. There are likely to be other new starters and students who have recently joined the club. The content of the lessons is designed for beginners.

For children’s lessons there is a seating area where parents/guardians may sit and watch.

HOW TO JOIN AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL

If after coming along to your FREE TRIAL lesson you decide to join our school, you will receive a Welcome Pack at the end of your lesson. In this there will be a small breakdown of what your journey with us will involve, along with payment information and details that we require. Your membership is paid by standing order. Payment by cash is required for the first month only.

MEMBERSHIP PRICE

KIDS (6yrs-10yrs)- 2 classes per week £45pcm.

KIDS (11yrs-14yrs)- 2 classes per week £45pcm.

ADULTS (15yrs +)- 2 classes per week £60pcm. Unlimited £75pcm.

The class curriculum is based on a minimum of 2 classes per week. As we know from experience this helps all our students to develop and improve on a consistent basis. In the short term for Kids or Tai Chi students there is a once a week option which is only available in the first 8 weeks, enabling students to re-arrange schedules to allow them to train twice a week.

Parking on location in our free car park.

The school is located on the 1st floor of a warehouse building located at 78 Portlock Road, Maidenhead, Berks SL6 6DZ.. Entrance to Maidenhead Kung-Fu is clearly sign posted, once you enter the building use the staircase to enter the main training area which is just like a Hong Kong Kung Fu school like in the movies!

THE BEST TRAINING

Any prospective student will be treated equally and fairly by all students and teachers.

The school is run by SiFu Julian Dale, who has over 30 years martial arts experience. He has learnt and practiced traditional Chinese martial arts throughout Hong Kong, China and America under 3 teachers of which he is considered to be a closed door or inner level student of each teacher.

SiFu Dale is an international martial arts champion. World silver medalist, Hong Kong Gold and Bronze, UK British Champion, overall British Grand Champion, has won and competed/demonstrated and judged at many other tournaments and martial arts exhibitions worldwide.

We also have an award winning British Champions Chinese Lion Dance and Martial Arts demo team.

SiFu Dale has also been featured On BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, SKY TV, CCTV and worked as a stunt fighter and actor in the Martial Arts Film "The Law of One".

He has been Combat Magazine's Hall of Fame Awards winner 3 Times, and most recently awarded Master of the Year 2014 at the London International Martial Arts Hall of Fame Awards.
