Split Numeracy: Fractions of numbers This week we will continue to find fractions of numbers and solve word problems. Spicy: solve problems which involve finding multiple fractions of Spelling: These words will help you with your adventure story. Choose 7 words (you can pick and mix from the lists). How many different combinations of kit will the team have to choose between? i.e. black shorts and a red and white t shirt. Try to be systematic. Challenge: If you add in one more option of short colour Beyond Number: Imagine you had an income of £10 a week. Draw up an imaginary budget showing how you plan to spend and/or save that money for a month. Can you create a poster which might encourage your friends and family to save money? Think of things you could do to save such as looking for special deals/offers in the supermarkets, buying only essentials, comparing
