Students are directed to do their FRA project as per allotted companies list.

How to download Annual Reports from BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) Website

Steps:

Go to Google chrome/Mozila Firefox/Internet Explorer – Type BSE in the URL – Enter Select BSE Site - https://beta.bseindia.com/ Type your company name in to Get Quote box looks like below:

Click Financials on the left hand side look like below

Download last three years Annual Reports of the Company – 2018,2017,2016 (incase 2018 annual report not available – download 2017,2016,2015)

After downloading the Annual Report PDF – Enter the values of Profit and Loss Account & Balance sheet in to Given Excel Template

After entering the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet Values do the following: Calculate Common Size (Vertical) Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Ratios given in the

Word Document For Cash Flow Statement – Go to screener.in websitehttps://www.screener.in/ – type your

company name in the search box – Go below – Click and open the + in the Cash flow

Copy and paste only last three years’ statement in to Excel sheet. After completing the Excel File – Start to fill the Project Submission given in the Word document Finally type your financial observations about the company

Important:

You are directed to submit the Word document project report signed by your respective HOD and the same time you are directed to mail the Excel sheets to respective faculty members.
