Unit 19 Task 4
Each and every one of these communications technologies can be
used to work on assignments given to them by the college but they
must be set up first before use.

System
How they are useful in that field
Slack
This is useful for exchanging messages or comments of
colleagues’ work to with other users. How I would use it is by
writing comments or questions related to the work so I can improve
it and send it or receive updates relating to the assignment.
Google drive
It is useful for storing work so you can access it anywhere with
WI-FI. How I would use it is by storing my work on there so I can
work on it when I am at home or on any computer.
Trello
This is useful for a creating checklist of things you must do on
the assignment and also allow you to send work to the other users
via Trello. How I would use it is by seeing if I met everything on
the criteria before submitting it.
Real Time Board
You can use this to communicate with other users and exchange
information which is useful for when you want to exchange notes for
certain subjects. How I would use it is by exchanging my notes with
the other class so they can have something to focus on.
Email
This is handy for exchanging attachments to other colleagues.
How I would use it is by receiving updates relating to the
assignment or to send them to the tutor as attachments.
Slack can be used on Smartphones, tablets and desktops. For as
long as there is Wi-Fi it can be useful anywhere on any device once
you download it from google play or ITunes.
Documents on slack can be displayed and viewed as google docs. I
can ether insert work into slack view work, feedback and comments
from slack or download assignment briefs through google doc which I
take with me anywhere as long as I have a google account.
Feedback sheet

Review:
The overview that Justin has done on the systems and how they
are useful in the field that they are used in is very
interesting.
He uses interesting language to explain the uses and properties
that the systems include.
Justin explains the systems and there uses extremely well and
includes all there functions and uses.
Feedback sheet 2
Name of commenter: Troy West
Review: Justin has used very interesting and accurate
information on the systems and how they are used. He clearly states
how the system is useful and how he would use it for his work. For
example his review on Slack is correct as I would also use it to
send messages and gather work and improve it of there.
Evaluation
I would like to evaluate that the information I put on there is
correct as I have done on the systems and how they are useful in
the fields that they are used in are very interesting according to
the feedback I got. Even with that I still made little tweaks here
and there to improve it like the colouring of the table to make it
stand out, underlined the sub headings in the table to make them
more distinctive and added borders in the table to make sure that
the table is more labelled and less confusing. So that anyone
reading it will understand. I would say that the report and
description is excellent.
