Academic Success Classes (ASC) act as an OASIS of support for students. ASC help cultivates: Organization skills Affective skills and support Self-advocacy skills and support Instructional support Supplemental activities Classroom Expectations and Policies ASC is a class. Students are here to learn and practice necessary content and skills. 1. Be Prepared Bring all materials to class everyday (notebook, writing utensil) Complete all assignments on time Please seek additional help from the teacher during office hours/tutorial if necessary 2. Be Prompt Arrive in class on time. You are responsible for being in class on time. You cannot learn if you are not here. Absence and / or tardiness should not be a reason you do not succeed. 3.
