Date 27/9 vibration table. Motor coupled and after greasing reduced for awhile
Date 4/10/15. G’s increase back
Date 4/10. Fan side increase then g’s increase to red.
Date 13/10/15. Fan side rising
Date 11/11/15. Solo run with high g’s. Recommended to grease
Date 11/11/15 evening. G’s reduced to normal
Date 12/11/15 early morning 2.22hrs G’s raised back to alarm
Date 8/1/16: Swap with FD Fan unit 1A after new installed new bearings, new shield and rotor
Date 8/1/16: After EM greasing
Date: 9/1/16: EM suddenly show high 1x rotational speed vibration – unbalance force on motor higher than fan side.
Date 11/1/16: Could be motor solo run and values are OK.
