Each Universities can update information for exchange Students to their own page to our blog: https://nordpluskalmar.wordpress.com/exchange-posibilities/ Deadlines of
application processes in different in our Universities so we can update those dates in that blog. We made a private FB-group to facilitate flexible communication between participants of this
network. Now we can update information, share challenges and opportunities in the exchange
We gave extra money 50€ for each students/teachers who took part of intensive course Aalborg 2018 as additional travel support. The budget was 100 €, but there was not as many participants as planned, so we had money left to give until the maximum (150 €). Teacher mobility money cannot be used for domestic network meetings. Nordplus networking – funding is for those purposes. We are applying that money next time.
Financial situation period 15.05.2018-01.10.2019 Mobility 6000 € (Appendix 4)
Every University has approx. 1000€ for Students and Teachers exchanges until end of September to use.We should get more exchanges. The domestic transfer an additional travel support (150€) we on case by case, if we have money to use for that.
Travel rates between Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden: max 330 Euro
Accommodation /board rates max: Students 20Euro/day, 70 Euro/week (5 working days), 200 Euro/month Teachers and mentors 70 Euro/ day, 355 Euro/week 8 5 working days), 1.065 Euro/ month
In case of need for domestic transfer an additional travel support of max. 150 euro is possible to grant the student or teacher.
Example: 5 week student mobility, the maximum rate is 200 euro + 70 euro = 270 euro + travel grantExample: 1 week (5-7 days) express mobility, the maximum rate is 70 euro + travel grantExample: 8 day teacher mobility, the maximum rate is 355 euro + 70 euro = 425 euro + travel grantExample: 1 day teacher mobility, 70 euro + travel grantExample: 5 (working) day teacher mobility, 355 euro + travel grant

Planning the intensive course /Nordplus Camp in Stavanger 2020
