- November, 26 th , 2011 up to date: Joined Research Chair for cultivating non-traditional Medicinal and Aromatic plants, Faculty of Science and Humanitarian Studies. Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz, Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia, (as a cooperator) assigned from my office, and continue up to date as a staff member (Lecturer). Worked in the field and laboratory on medicinal and aromatic plants especially cardoon, artichoke, safflower , saffron and moringa. Follow up different laboratory and field treatments. Gained good experience on these plants behavior and reasonable experience in plant tissue culture and the related activities such as plant media preparation and the related follow-up.

-February 1 st to 30, June, 2011 : Majed Al Khamees Agri-cnsultancy office. Feasibility studies, and working as a coordinator for this Office and Ahmad Al Simari Office in their project of the Saudi Feed Law for the Saudi FDA. Managed Khartoum Branch of the Office for about one and a half year ending in September 2010.

December 29 th 2002 up to 31 st January 2007 : working with IDAC Laboratories. Job includes agricultural analysis such as soil analysis, water analysis, plant tissue analysis, feed analysis, food analysis, plant and animal pathology analysis, and after sale services and consultation. Customer satisfaction and quality control are main objectives of IDAC .

September 26 th 1998 up to December 21 st 2002: HADCO (Ha`il Agricultural Development Co.) KSA, laboratory Technician . Laboratory Supervisor since 13/11/1998. Main job: Analysis of Soil (different parameters for different purposes), plant tissue analysis, water, fertilizer, feed (proximate analysis) and related activities.

Prior to that; I worked for a short period (one and a half month) with the Saudi Company for Agricultural Development- INMA – during the period of harvest, supervising packing and cold storing and frequently harvesting potatoes and onion and reporting about the existing laboratory and its needs to run.

In the period 15/3/1406 to 30/1/1418 H I worked in the laboratory of the National Project for Soil Survey & Land Classification, Ministry of Agriculture (KSA) and FAO, Saudi Arabia. Analysis of soils (mainly), water and plant, doing other technical and administrative assignments as needed. I participated in this period in the issuance of Saudi Atlas for Land Resources.In the period 1/11/1404 up to 15/3/1406H I worked in the greenhouse Project of Al Rahmania (ownership of an ex- minister of Agriculture& water), practicing all stages of vegetable production and processes under greenhouse. Main vegetable crops cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper and eggplant. I also supervised the 70 milk cows' cattle for a time and followed the construction of the greenhouse, gaining a good experience in such works .

IN GENERAL: I work On all equipments necessary for the analysis of soil , plant, water, fertilizer and proximate analysis of feed; e.g. AAS Spectra series 30/40 from VARIAN, AAS PYE UNICAM 9000 From PHILIPS, AAS SHIMADZU 6200, flame photometer equipments e.g. Corning 410, Ion selective meter (for pH measurements and others) from Philips, Fisher, ELE ..etc. EC meters from Jenway and ELE... etc. Nitrogen and protein determination equipments; 2610 from Tecator and BUCHI- 322- 342- 430- 412 for digestion Distillation and titration. Spectrophotometers (different sources) and other laboratory equipments.I have the ability to establish a new laboratory as per parameters and methods desired for agricultural inputs and outputs.In addition to the above-mentioned capabilities, I have the ability and will to work in the field as an agricultural engineer.

* I was an internal auditor for ISO system to which the company (HADCO) was qualified. I was trained for the job.

* During my work in the Ministry of Agriculture& Water I assisted the cartography section in preparing the maps of Land Resources Atlas and assisted the secretariat of the Central Land Allocation Committee.

* Translation of English to Arabic; I participated in the translation of Dr. Chaudary Flora of Saudi Arabia.

* During my university courses I worked in the poultry farm of the college applying practically many poultry courses (the farm was semi-automatic)

* I worked in the K.A.U. Library (Par timer) during my high studies. * I participated in the training of the ministry officers on lab. Work during

their training courses while I was working in the National Project – Ministry of Agriculture & water.

* I assisted my professors in their researches during my high studies, e.g. a research on using sea water in irrigating some trees after being mixed with brackish water in different ratios, germination of Salvadora persica (araak) seeds in the laboratory under controlled conditions, use of buried clay pots for irrigation to minimize water losses.
