Ex-post facto sanction, in relaxation of Jammu and Kashmir CivilServices (Medical Attendance-cum-Allowance) Rules, 1990, is accorded tothe reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by HC Yash Paul, PlO NoEXJ876406 of District Police Samba for undertaking treatment at Or.Hardas Singh Orthopaedic Hospital & Super Speciality Research Centre,Amritsar, subject to the following conditions:-

i) Reimbursement of charges is restricted toitems/procedures admissible under rules for the periodof hospitalization at Dr. Hardas Singh OrthopaedicHospital & Super Speciality Research Centre} Arnritsar,w.e.f 21.06.2016 to 19.07.2016 and cost thereof isrestricted to the extent of rates applicable to such items/procedures at PGCChandigarh.

ii) All relevant medical bills/vouchers are verified andcountersigned by the competent medical authority of thehospital wherefrom treatment has been undertaken."By order of the Government of Jam mu and Kashmir.
