The drawing tools are always at your finger- tips. Find them in the upper right, above the meeting window, or in the floating icon tray that appears at the bottom right of the screen when you’re collaborating in full-screen mode. Allow other attendees to annotate with a click of a button. B Pointer tool: Draw attention to specific points on screen. Your name appears inside an arrow so others know who made the annotation. C Text tool: Type directly onto shared presentations or on the white- board. Display your added text to attendees with a mouse click. D Drawing tools: Annotate documents in real time. Draw lines or rect- angles, or use the highlighter/pencil tools to annotate the document in real time. E Eraser: Just click on any annotation to erase it. Click the drop-down arrow next to the eraser tool and select Clear All Annotations. Select Clear My Pointer or Clear All Pointers to erase pointers.

The drawing tools are always at your finger-tips. Find them in the upper right, above the meeting window, or in the floating icon tray that appears at the bottom right of the screen when you’re collaborating in full-screen mode. Allow other attendees to annotate with a click of a button.

Stop Sharing: Click on the X in the tab bar at the top of the meeting window to imme-diately stop sharing that document. To end the meeting, select File > End Meeting, or just close the application. You can also use archiving and transcript options.

Share a presentation, document, application or your entire desktop from the Share drop-down menu, located on the top of the Menu Bar. Simply choose the media you want to share when you are the Presenter, and it will appear to you and all the participants right in the meeting window.

Get everyone on the same Internet page. Share a live or internal web-site by selecting Share Web Content, type in a URL, and you and all participants will see that page at the same time. Or, select Web Browser to have all your attendees follow as you move from site to site.

Brainstorm, make roadmaps, or capture thoughts using the Whiteboard. Use the drawing tools to create more detailed work.

A using WebEx Meeting Center presentation tools, you can move easily through presentations, including builds or transitions. Advance each transition or build with a mouse click. Or, use the arrow keys on your keyboard or the spacebar to advance pages. Presentation tools will deliver your content professionally.

Use the floating icon tray—always visible to you, but invisible to your attendees—to start and stop full-screen sharing, manage chat, video, presentation, and more.

Click the orange button at the far right of the floating icon tray to access presentation controls and meeting options, such as audio, meeting recording, and attendee view.
