Call in to the meetingInternational caller will chose “All global call-in numbers” link to find there toll-free call-in number

Enter the access code Enter your Attendee ID:

It is important that you enter this ID.This links your phone to your internetlogin. If you don’t and mute all youraccount get muted also.

Once you call-in this box will disappear and your meeting will start.

Assign roles to other users & Mute Callers

Right click on user and choose the role Presenter – runs presentation Host – controls meeting

corner• Go to Menu then Manage Connections• Make sure Mobile Network is checked• There is no need to save just press the end call

button 3G is on but still no email or calls

• Remove and replace battery• Dial *228 from the phone screen from your home

city (i.e. Cincinnati, Philadelphia)

• Make sure the contacts are in your personal contacts in Outlook

• If they are contact IT for further assistance Global phone numbers or email address are

working• Re-download contacts from Public Folders
