This is a very convenient web 2.0 tool that gives you extreme flexibility and can be used by anyone. HeapNote would be a great tool to use in class because of its ability to keep everyone organized. It can also teach students how to be more organized and how to manage the things they do in the right order from what is important and what is not important.

Animoto helps you make your own video, without the hassle of putting pictures in the correct order, and other things like that. You can choose your own pictures, videos, and music and then Animoto makes the video for you in a matter of minutes. Animoto also makes it very simple to upload pictures from Facebook, Instagram, etc. This tool can be used in our classroom for short projects and other types of things where you need pictures videos and a great background song all in one. It is an easy way to create a short film and doesn’t take so much time.

Prezi is a modern Power Point but better. With this you can collaborate with other people as you work, insert videos, pictures, Youtube videos, PDFs and other media into your work, and create a path to show your information in a systematic or cinematic way. Prezi does not only allow you to organize your ideas into a story you can tell to your audience, it also allows you to practice team work with the option of inviting friends to work on the project together. That is especially why this tool would be great to use in a classroom.

Slideshare is a great way to share presentations, documents, videos and more without leaving the comfort of your home. You can customize your channel, and use zipcasts for an online chat meeting. The possibilities of what you can do on Slideshare are endless and anyone can achieve greatness while on this site. On Slideshare you can even upgrade to GoPro if you want to be as advanced as professionals and do even more with your videos, documents, and presentations. This would be great for a classroom because students can share their presentations without leaving their house so their schedule is a lot more flexible. They can no longer use the excuse, “we couldn’t go over each others houses” as a pass for not doing the project.
