Your system will arrive with the shaper cutters on the shapers already adjusted. All accessories will be adjusted, and most mounted to the shapers. You can start producing shortly after the equipment arrives. Since the system is three separate shapers, you can arrange them in a circle, along a wall, or any location in your shop. You can produce doors with one man or three men - and can efficiently make 100 doors or make just one door without changing setups.

This system uses three machines to make a crown raised panel door, usually consisting of two 3 HP shapers and one 5 HP shaper. Shaper One is setup for tenoning the rails and panel trimming. Shaper Two is setup for running straight stiles and shaping crown rails. Shaper Three is setup for raising crown and straight panels.

Power feeders are included on the stile and panel shapers. The Weaver variable speed belt power feeder gives you the capability to run short rails that are impossible with roller feeders - as well, they improve the ease of sticking and straight panel raising operations. The Weaver Power Feeder is quickly lifted up out of the way so you can do your curved work.

The air tenon jig, fences, sticker plate, raised panel setup, cutters, crown jigs and patterns are also included. Pattern sizes and styles can be interchanged rapidly without the need of a ruler or arithmetic.

This system uses two machines to make a shaker cabinet door, usually consist-ing of two 3 HP shapers. Shaper One is setup for tenoning the rails. Shaper Two is setup for running straight stiles. Since the system is two separate shapers you will be able to position them in your shop to maximize your shop’s produc-tion needs.

2 SHAPER SHAKER CABINET DOOR FRAME SYSTEM How it WorksWEAVER

The tenon cut is made quickly and easily with this set up. The Air Tenon Jig secures the rail with pneumatic clamp and glides on a thin cushion of air making the operation effortless. To insure an accurate tenon cut every time, the air Jig operates in a shaper top groove in conJunec-tion with the Tenon Fence. (There is a backup wood block to prevent chipping of wood.)

This system uses a 3 HP machine to shape a shaker partial back raised panel. Your system will arrive with the cutter already on the shaper and adjusted.

The accessories will be adjusted, and mounted to the shaper. You can start producing shortly after the equipment arrives.

Panels are produced efficiently with this setup. The Raised Panel Hold Down has a polished steel hoop that is spring tensioned to put pressure down on the panel. The raised panel guide provides a positive guide to run your panel against.
