Use the Navigation Panel to choose the screen you'd like to
view.
Click on the Phone app. The Patients tab lets you view your contacts. You can search
by first or last name.
PHONE APP
Click on a patient's name to quickly Call/Text/Email them.
Click on a patient's picture icon to be taken to Patient Details. From here you can also call, text, and
email.
Recent lets you view your recent calls. Missed calls will be in red. Use the filter at the top to view
only missed calls.

Voicemail gives you can access your Personal and General VM's. The
blue dot indicates a new message.
Click on a patients name to listen to the voicemail. Delete voicemail by clicking the trash
icon.
Press Dial Pad to call a number using the keypad.

MESSAGING APP
Conversations will be saved and can be viewed from the main
page of the Messaging App by clicking the patient.
Click on the Messages app.
to send a text.
Select the Plus icon to start a new text message.
Enter a patient name or number. Type your message or let your
patient know how you feel with an emoji and press Send.

EMAIL APP
The Email app gives you the ability to email patients
directly from the software.
Enter your patients name, subject and your text. Click on Send and
your default email window will open.

The Tasks section shows what
needs to be done for your patients. Click into the bubble to check off when completed.
Click into the task to take immediate action on it.
PATIENTS APP
Select the Patients App to
view patient information. You can search for patients in the Search Bar by first or last
name.
Click on the patient's name to pull up the Family Overview.
To add Notes about the patient, click the add button and type in your note in the
field that appears.

History will keep a record of incoming/outgoing calls and
texts.
Add Follow-Up for tasks that need to be completed for
patients by clicking on the plus sign in the upper right hand
corner.
Choose the contact method, the date and time the reminder
will appear, compose the message and click save.

Collections displays a list of patients with an overdue balance. Select the category you wish to
view. Click on a name to call/text/email.
Follow-Ups will keep a list of patients you need to follow up with. Create a new follow-up
reminder by tapping the + sign.
You can sort the Birthdays list by Today, Tomorrow, and
This Week.
Choose the Lists from the home screen.
Select the list you want to
view.
Overdue Patients displays patients who are overdue for an
appt. Select the category you wish to view. Click on a name
to call/text/email.

SCHEDULE APP
Click the Schedule app. You can see the patients who have appts today or you can
click through the week.
Click the Patient Name to send them a reminder, or see patient details. Click on the picture icon
to see apt. details.
If you choose to email or text them a Reminder Message will appear that you can edit and
send.
Click into the bubble to change the confirmation status.
*This will confirm the appointment in most Practice Management Software. See pg. 17 for further details.

REPORTS APP
Click on the Reports app to
view phone reports.
You will be able to view phone
reports for Today, the Week, the
Month, or choose More.
Click on the drop down arrow
to see details for each
category.
Click on More to be given
additional report options.

REVIEWS APP
Click on the Reviews app to
generate positive online reviews.
This app is available for an
additional monthly charge.
View online and private reviews
here. Manually send an invite by
clicking on the “+” sign or go to
Settings for Automated invites.
Type in the name or number you
want the invite sent to and then
click Send Invite.
Positive responses are posted
online. Negative reviews are
directed to the Weave Reviews
app.
Review invites can also be sent by
clicking on the star icon on the
Appointment Detail screen found
in the Schedule App.
In your software Settings you can
turn on Review Invites to go out
automatically once an appointment
is completed.

MENU
By clicking the Menu icon, you can see advanced options.
Select Support, New Features, check out our Release Notes, send us Suggestions, go into
Settings, or Log Out.
Send your Suggestions to us let us know how we can improve
the app for you!
Click into Support to get in contact with a member of our support team if you are having
trouble.

SETTINGS
Click into the Settings icon from the menu screen.
Click an option from the Settings Menu.
Office Hours settings allow you to set up and edit your
operating hours. This setting controls the voicemail
greetings.
Turn on or off Auto-Texts to patients with mobile numbers for
Birthday Wishes and Appointment Reminders.

General allows you to turn on or off pop-up notifications.
Turn on advanced options to show additional information on
the Notification pop-up window.

The Phones setting allows you to enable call forwarding and
call recording.
Turn the Updates Download Prompt on to be sure you always have the latest version of Weave.
Select the navigation button on the timeline to scroll to the time
you would like to select.
The Patients setting is where you can manage how patient names are displayed on the
software.
Turn on Auto-Text Review
Invitations to send an
automated text invite
Click Data Sync to choose your recall types. Complete the
Status Mapping for Confirmation Writebacks.

FLEXIBLE REMINDERS
Customize your text and add the variables you want to be
included. Preview the message in the window below
and save.
Click Add Reminder to create a custom Appointment
Reminder.
Give your Reminder a name and then choose from the preset options or create your own.
Choose who you would like the reminder to be sent to and then
click next.
Once your reminder has been created you can edit, duplicate, delete or turn the reminder on
or off by clicking on the icons to the left.

CONFIRMATION WRITEBACKS *Feature available for Dentrix G5- G6.2, EagleSoft vs.15-18, OpenDental, PracticeWeb, Dolphin, Easy-Dental, and OfficeMate.
Once your Appointment Reminders have been created
toggle on Automated Confirmations.
Toggle on Mark as Read so responses to auto text will not appear as new text messages.
Weave will read your responses and alert you on the Schedule App to any replies that need
your attention.
Click on the Alerts found in the upper right hand corner to view
the replies that need further action.
Respond to the patient by clicking into conversation
bubble.
Click into the Status to make a change make a change.
