Food and Beverage Everything served by RP Catering must be purchased from, prepared by, and served by the staff of RP Catering. No outside food or beverages will be permitted to be brought into or removed from the Event Center by any patron or patron’s guest unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices subject to change, however, may be guaranteed sixty (60) days prior to the function. Minimum of 40 guests for buffet setup. If less than 40, staffing charges apply. Bar Setup/Bartender Fee A bar setup fee will apply depending on venue. This fee will include bartender(s) for entire event. Cancellation In the event the function is cancelled less than two weeks in advance of your function date, any special orders will result in a charge. Billing We require a twenty percent (20%) non-refundable book- ing deposit at the time of authorizing the event agreement to hold your event date ($200 minimum deposit). The balance of the account is due and payable at the time of the guarantee. Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, or cashier check. A credit card number will be required for any additional costs that may arise. All prices reflect a 3% cash discount. Hosted amount paid on credit/debit card is subject to a 3% fee. Service Charge A 20% service charge will be added to any hosted sales. State liquor sales tax for all alcoholic beverages will be charged on your bill. State sales tax on all food and non- alcoholic beverages and service fees will be charged on your bill. Additional charges may be applied to additional services. Additional venue fees may be applied. RP Catering shall not be liable for the non- performance of this contract when such non-performance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes, strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State, and Municipal) regulations or restriction upon travel or transportation, non-availability of beverage or food supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other weather related conditions, whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control of RP Catering, preventing or interfering with RP Catering’s performance. In such an event, RP Catering shall not be liable to the customer for any damages which may result from non-performance. Minnesota law prohibits the serving of alcoholic beverages to all persons less than twenty-one (21) years of age. Prices and menu subject to change.
