1. Multi-tasker

True to their nature, women can handle all aspects of business

and people really well. They are sensitive to employee/client

3. Good Listener

It is very important to listen to your employees grievances and

suggestions from time to time. Women are considered as better

listeners as compared to men, simply because of their high level

of patience.

It is vital to take decisions keeping employee benefits in mind,

and that cannot happen till the time you listen to them.

Happy team = Better results

4. Patience

Women usually have more patience than men. So, when it

comes to keeping employees happy and taking care of their

concerns, they excel in this aspect.

Patience helps us to deal with employees, customers, business

partners. Not many consider it important, but it is one of the

vital attributes of a leader that can significantly improve a

team’s attitude.

5. Nurturing New Talent

Another "maternal instinct" that women are known for. They

take special care of the newbies and help them learn.

Nurturing and building talent are a huge portion of manager's

job and must be taken seriously.
