Homeward Bound Brockville
• Replicating WoodGreen’s Homeward Bound program (80% success rate)
• A holistic, 4 year job-readiness program that integrates key supports
• Program participants earn college diplomas, start careers
• Achieve economic self-sufficiency for themselves and their children
4 Phases
• Skills training and academic upgrading – including financial literacy, soft skills, employability skills, high school diploma, college prep
• Formal education – college diploma (free) compatible with local labour market
• Internship – 14 week unpaid professional work experience in chosen field
• Employment – full-time, living wage

• Child care and support for school age children
• Case management and counselling
