• Ethos specialists are all Partners (20 active currently) who own our business.
• Ultimately, we will create a private share market for new and existing Partners.
• We don’t have “contracts of employment” rather “value exchanges”. Two way.
• We care about people. ALL people. We want to add value to everyone's
working lives.
• Ethos makes money through the revenue, profit or equity associated with each
solution we take part in (we prefer this to time/input based revenue).
• We increasingly become an accelerator. Common culture for solving and
delivering complex service problems….

Ethos creates and accelerates value. It makes money through revenue, profit and equity from these projects
Example Value Exchange Agreement• Input
• Commitment (minimum 28 hrs pw during school-term time, and minimum 10 hrs
pw during school holidays, with 5 weeks holiday plus statutory bank holidays)
• Output
• Support business development activities, with a particular focus on Ethos Skills
• Provide Skills news input to EthosVO website and Ethos VOice
• Participate in initiatives to develop and refine tools and processes which will add
value to the services Ethos provides.
• What EVO offers You
• By private agreement between the Partners, a virtual account (called a Partner
Account) will be credited with £15,000
• The following will be offset against the Partner Account:
• A PAYE salary of not less than £7,000 pa (£7,620 in 2013).
• Dividend payments and bonuses based on performance
• Shares distributed based on value delivered.
Ethos Sport
• The only MOD endorsed scheme that connects Defence suppliers with the Armed Forces through sport
• Several income streams (events, sponsorship, back office management, donations)
• Turnover £1M in first 12 months
• A valuable brand (Team Army) owned by Ethos
• Initially Army but now Combined Services and Navy
What is the Team Army Sports Foundation?
• Team Army – the BRAND, 2 actors
• Team Army Sports Foundation (TASF) – the registered charity
that makes grants to Army sports (and other related causes)
• Ethos Fundraising Limited (EFL, trading as “Team Army”)
• 100% owned by Ethos
• Delivers the sponsorship proposition
• Operates the charity's back office
• Delivers fundraising events (as agent to the charity)
• BRAND launched Jan-11 (endorsed by the Army Board)
• TASF incorporated Sep-11 (first financial year ended 30-Nov-12)
