Traditional carols from around the world, as well as a few of the more popular songs that have become American standards, will fill St. Luke’s in Waukesha on Friday, December 9th. Raise your voice with us on your favorite Christmas songs in our audience sing-along. Need more holiday spirit? Experience the concert again on Sunday, December 11th at St. Catherine’s in Oconomowoc.

The vibrant acoustics of the Basilica at Holy Hill will enhance your experience of music about human relationships. Waukesha Choral Union will share the stage with Hartford Union High School’s Concert Choir. The Human and the Divine are embodied in folk songs from different world traditions and sacred pieces that span the scope of human existence.

Waukesha Choral Union’s Messiah is a one-of-a-kind event in Waukesha. This FREE performance is made possible by area

businesses and private donors. Experience Handel’s masterwork with orchestra and soloists in Shattuck auditorium’s

wonderful acoustics. Community members who can attend three rehearsals are welcome to sing

Messiah, too. Check http://www.ChoralUnion.org for details. Bid successfully on the Silent

Auction and you’ll leave with more than a great musical experience.

Join us at St. William Parish in Waukesha for a concert of refreshing songs about spring, rejoicing, love,

awakening and renewal. The earth will speak, the moon will gaze down from above, and you’ll be filled with the wonder

of living. You are certain to leave the concert encouraged, ready to embrace life.

2011-2012 Season Waukesha Choral Union’s 2011-2012 season encompasses music spanning the heavens and down to

earth. This season is dedicated to music that explores the human spirit with all of its vitality and diversity. Songs will be sung from many cultures and choral traditions, as well as holiday favorites and Handel’s
