HIKE YOURSELF HEALTHYWCMHC is joining in again this year! This summer marks the 7th annual Hike Yourself Healthy program organized by Cope Environmental Center. The program challenges the community at large to keep track of their physical activity, inspiring people to increase their physical tness and helping them to celebrate their accomplishments in solidarity with others.

This year, CEC will expand the program to include a new cycling component called “Bike Yourself Healthy.” Hike/Bike Yourself Healthy is completely free and open to all ages. Last year 250 community members logged time or distance in the program, collectively hiking 25,569 miles between Memorial Day and Labor Day. That’s the equivalent of walking the circumference of planet Earth and then some more!”
