Waterjet Corporation è la ben nota azienda italiana che fabbrica macchine per il taglio con getto d’acqua dal 1991 per il settore della lavorazione dei materiali lapidei e dei metalli, settore quest’ultimo che richiede prestazioni e precisioni di lavoro particolarmente elevate.Per completare la sua gamma di macchine per i laboratori della pietra naturale e composita, Breton ha stretto una collaborazione grazie alla quale distribuisce in esclusiva le macchine per il taglio ad acqua della Waterjet Corporation, tutte precise, potenti e veloci, che possono montare una pompa fino a 6200 bar (opzione).

Waterjet Corporation is the well-known Italian company that has, since 1991, been producing waterjet cutting machines used in the stone and metal machining fields, the latter being an industry which requires top performances and precision.Breton, in order to complete its range of machines for natural and engineered stone processing fabshops, entered into a cooperation agreement with Waterjet Corporation granting exclusive rights for distribution of their cutting machines, all of which are precise, powerful, fast and equipped with a pump of up to 6200 bar (option).

La precisione dei movimenti di ciascuna macchina è testata e verificata a mezzo di laser e test ball bar Renishaw.

I movimenti degli assi sono ottenuti per mezzo di pignoni e cremagliere temprati elicoidali (ALPHA WITTESTEIN, Germania) e guide lineari con cuscinetti precaricati (Bosch Rexroth).

The axes move through hardened helical racks and pinions (ALPHA WITTESTEIN, Germany) and linear slideways with preloaded bearings (Bosch Rexroth).

WaterCad™ è il software dedicato alla lavorazione in 2D, in grado di generare in modo semplice e rapido qualunque percorso di taglio secondo una varietà di opzioni: looping automatico e inserimento di tags, taglio in comune automatico, micro-connessioni per un’unica lavorazione.

WaterCad™ is the software specially developed for the 2D processing; it generates simply and quickly any cutting path with a variety of options: automatic looping and tags insertion, automatic standard cut, small bridges for a one-run cut.

Con WaterCad™ è possibile selezionare le quantità e i diversi pezzi da inserire su una o più lastre. La funzione di Nesting Automatico aiuta ad ottimizzare la produzione e a ridurre lo scarto.

Using WaterCad™, it is possible to select the quantities and different pieces to be added in one or more slabs. The Automatic Nesting function is very helpful for optimizing production and minimizing waste.

Il sistema di taglio esclusivo 3D e Bevel 2D è in grado, mediante tastatore a posizionamento automatico, di mantenere AUTOMATICAMENTE la distanza costante dall’ugello proteggendolo durante la lavorazione piana con l’interpolazione inclinata a ± 69° o con tecnologia I.T.C.

The exclusive 3D and 2D Bevel cutting system uses an automatically positioned touch probe to maintain constant distance from the nozzle AUTOMATICALLY, thus protecting the nozzle during plane cutting with ± 69° interpolated tilt or with I.T.C. technology.

SISTEMA DI EVACUAZIONE FANGHI AUTOMATICO CON POMPA A MEMBRANA

Opzionale è il sistema I.T.C.™ che corregge la naturale conicità del taglio compensando mediante il Controllo Numerico l’inclinazione del getto d’acqua ad alta pressione. Il sistema I.T.C.™ assicura la realizzazione di pezzi di alta qualità. Utilizzando la compensazione del sistema I.T.C.™ il getto viene diretto anche contro la direzione di avanzamento allo scopo di ridurre il così detto “effetto coda”, riducendo così le rampe di accelerazione e decelerazione in prossimità degli angoli e ottenendo un ciclo taglio più veloce ed economico.

Another optional outfit is the I.T.C.™ system that corrects the natural tapering of the cut by compensating the high pressure water jet through the Numerical Control. The I.T.C.™ system guarantees top quality products. Using the compensation of the I.T.C.™ system, the jet of water is also directed against the feed direction to minimize the so-called “tail effect”, thus reducing the acceleration and deceleration ramps when approaching the angles for a faster and more efficient cutting cycle.

A diaphragm pump creates vacuum conditions to draw in sludge automatically. Operation is made easy by an air injection system that keeps the abrasive in motion in the tank. The abrasive settles in the mobile external tank while the water flow is returned to the cutting machine tank.

Una pompa a membrana crea la pressione a vuoto che aspira automaticamente i fanghi. Per facilitare il funzionamento un sistema ad aria mantiene in movimento l’abrasivo all’interno della vasca. L’abrasivo si deposita all’interno della vasca esterna mobile e l’acqua ritorna nella vasca della macchina di taglio.

Sistema a 5 assi interpolati modello EDGE 5 per il controllo della conicità e del taglio inclinato 2D a ±55° ideale per l’esecuzione di tagli inclinati necessari per esempio per il taglio di velette a 45°. Sistema di tastatore per il posizionamento preciso dell’asse Z per realizzare velette perfette. E’ incluso il sistema I.T.C.™.

The KMT Streamline PRO pump with maximum pressure of 6200 bar can be supplied as an option. With the 6200 bar pump, all other conditions being equal, cutting speed increases significantly and cutting cost per linear metre is reduced.
