• Water Quality Monitoring –1. Surprise checks2.Training of Jalsurakshak• Technical inputs to improve Water quality• Conduct Sanitary Survey – Biannually 1. 1-30 April2. 2 Oct – 30 October

Actions After Sanitary Survey• Within 15 days – Block level meeting of all Sarpanch &

Gramsevak with RED & YELLOW cards to decide timeline to improve water quality.

• Preventive measures for all HIGH & MEDIUM risk sources within ONE MONTH.

• Discussion of Sanitary Survey Results at all levels – Village to GB ZP.

• Punitive Actions –1. GP with RED card for consecutive two times not eligible for

govt incentives till rectification.2. Gramsevak not taking appropriate action within 1 month –

Will lose one increment.
