SUNDAY, OCTOBER DISTRIBUTION BEGINS AT 11 : 00 AM SALIX SCALE Southbound Scale on I-29 (South of Sioux City) DALLAS COUNTY SCALE Eastbound Scale on I-80 BRANDON SCALE Northbound Scale on I-380 (Between Cedar Rapids & Waterloo) The scales will be open specifically for lunch distribution only --- THERE WILL BE NO ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES! Iowa DOT will be providing signage at the ramp to the scales as well as traffic control if needed. The distribution will be set up as a “drive through/drive by” scenario to comply with CDC parameters. Distribution will begin at 11:00 AM until all lunches are handed out to truck drivers.
