Very simple installation in tanks, lagoons or lakes Can be installed when tank is full of water Can be maintained while air blowers are running Internal ballast, no need to anchored to base of tank Install an air ring main pipe around the perimeter of

the tank or lagoon Fit ½” flexible hose onto the air ring main, with

sufficient to go down to the base of tank. Push fit and secure diffuser on end of hose and drop

into tank

compressors Simple & quick installation Easy to service when tanks are full of water and even when

the air blowers are working. Very fine bubble making the Dryden Aqua diffuser extremely

Filtration of waste water with AFM media. AFM media replaces sand in all types of sand filters. AFM does not biofoul making process performance far superior to sand based systems. The filter above contains AFM media and is used to treat leachate water from a landfill site.

Performance benefits when AFM replaces sand Simple and much lower cost pressure filters can be used to treat

sewage effluent or contaminated waste water. AFM filters require virtually no attention AFM media never needs to be replaced AFM media can even replace carbon, or when used before carbon

may reduce the load by 50% to 80% resulting in huge activated carbon replacement costs.

AFM can cope with high solids loads, up to 200 mg/l. The only limiting parameter is the higher back-wash frequency with heavier loads
