Section One – The Vision Sets a broad vision and tone for the APHSA policy

agenda Outlines APHSA’s four outcome areas Provides a description of how certain elements must

be contained in health and human services’ policies and programs to be effective

Describes the foundational supports necessary to execute a health and human services policy agenda
