DETAIL
The Bonded Seal is a metal washer with a vulcanised rubber insert, for use in high pressure applications where other
means of sealing are unsuitable. Barnwell Self - Centralising Bonded Seals eliminate seal offset and allow easier
installation.
The most popular seals are those made of Mild Steel/NBR, but Stainless Steel seals are readily available and in FPM/
FKM (Viton) and EPDM compounds.
Our stocks are vast and are the largest in Europe, available in Inch (BSP) and Metric sizes. They are also available in
kit form.
Please note: The tensile strength (U.T.S.) of our standard products are 540 MN/m2, whereas many other
products on the market are inferior, at 300 U.T.S.
