Mechanical, Welding and Non Destructive Examination Engineering Training (5 days)
• General mechanical, welding and NDE theory• Specific hand-on training with various tools in work shop• Manufacture and assemble parts according drawing specification• Equipment set-up and parameter adjustment• Evaluation of root causes for arising problems • Hands-on work with visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT),
magnetic testing (MT) procedure and limited ultrasonic testing (UT) procedure on actual test pieces
• Hands-on with SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & FCAW welding process• Exercise and evaluate the correct application

Courses• Each curses arranged upon request with minimum of four (4) confirmed
participants.
Course Fee Includes• Cover-all for Hands-on training
• Documentation (Hardcopy and CD/Memory Stick)
• Daily lunch and coffee/tea
• Daily transportation between hotel and the course premises.
• The course fee does not include trainee’s travel expenses (to country/city where the training is conducted) as well as accommodation expenses (hotel and dinner)

Registration Confirmation• Registrations are not confirmed until a notice of confirmation has been
received.
Course Cancellation Policy• No cancellation fee charged with non-attendance notification 14 or more
calendar days before course starting date.
• 50% of course price cancellation fee charge with non-attendance notification between 14 and 7 calendar days before course starting date.
• 100% (full course price) cancellation fee charged with non-attendance notification less than 7 calendar days before course starting date.
• 20% of 1st night charge per room when Hotel room package was booked over WLSA with non-attendance notification less then 7 calendar days before course starting date.

Local Transportation• Local transportation from hotel to training centre included in course fee.
Safety Policy• Each participant observes personnel safety regulations, all safety
equipment is supplied by WLSA for curse duration
Lodging• Payments for hotel accommodation shall be settled directly between the
customer and the hotel.
• Upon request, our training centre offers an attractive, complete “room”package for our customers which includes hotel accommodation andbreak fast.
