Each course offers games and activities to add to the excitement. √ Weight Requirements: Minimum - 66 Ibs / Maximum - 280 Ibs √ Participants must wear close-toed shoes, no sandals or flip-flops allowed, and no skirts allowed √ Pregnant women and individuals with musculoskeletal disorders are not allowed to participate √ Sign up by Monday, October 1 at 5 p.m. √ Minimum participation of 25 required √ Participants should bring packed lunch and drinks Pregnant women and individuals with musculoskeletal disorders are not allowed to participate. Newcomer’s Orientation & TourOrientation: October 15 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.Local Tour: October 16 from 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
A two-day orientation and tour provides newly arrived community members valuable information about life in Area I. The first day is orientation and a tour of St. Mary’s Hospital in Uijeongbu city. The second day is Dongducheon city tour. The first day orientation is required in order to join the Dongducheon city tour. Open to all Soldiers, spouses and civilians. Reservation required.
