Tempered Glass: Tempered safety glass at these glazing locations on plan: a. Ingress and egress doors. b. Panels of swinging, sliding or bifold doors. c. Metering faucets shall have a water flow not exceed 0.2 gallon per metering cycle. e. Shower heads shall have a water flow not exceed 1.8 gallons per minute at 60 psi. f. Water closets shall have an average water consumption of not more than 1.28 gallons per flush. g. Lavatory faucets shall have an average water consumption of not more than 1.2 CMP at 60 psi.

Electrical: a. - All installed lighting shall be high efficacy and at least one luminaire in each of these spaces shall

be controlled by a vacancy sensor. b. Outdoor: c. - All installed lighting shall be high efficacy per CEC 150.0(k)1A, and switching d. device control requirement per CEC 150.0(k)3A. e. - All other interior rooms: f. - All installed lighting shall be high efficacy (CEC 150.0(k)1A), and switching device control

requirement per CEC 150.0(k)2. g. -Provide lighting outlets at these locations: at hallways, and at the exterior side of outdoor entrance or
