MyAerospace – Warranty Claims – Services and Information
The Honeywell Portal provides access to many product and
information areas, one of which is Warranty Services and
Information.
Warranty Services
• A Honeywell ID and/or Specific Tool Access may be required to
access some of the listed services. (See page XX for additional details.)
• The portal allows registered users (those with a Honeywell ID) to
enter warranty claims for all Honeywell Aerospace products using
one of the three convenient links:
Bendix/King Avionics for Honeywell Avionics on Business and
General Aviation aircraft.
Warranty Services for MSP programs and mechanical products
e-Form for submitting warranty claims for all other Honeywell
Aerospace products.

Access to the Warranty Claims eForm
• Access the eform
from the Maintenance
Plans tab. Select
„Claims-Other‟ from
the dropdown.
OR
• Access the eForm
from the Help Desk.
NOTE: A Honeywell ID is
required for access to the
eForm.

• The e-Form is only for non-Bendix/King products or products not
covered under a Service Program, i.e. MSP, MSA.
• All required fields(*) must be completed or you will not be able to
submit the claim.

Although not all of the aircraft (AC) information is mandatory for all
claims, many claims need this information for proper evaluation. In order
to ensure timely processing of your claim submittal, please provide all
requested information.

1. Enter the full amount of the total
claim in the Amount of claim
field. Do not enter commas, “,”.
Dollar amounts must be
entered in the this format:
1984.32. The following formats
will not be recognized: 1,984.32
or 1.984,32
2. Labor charges are a mandatory
field, if you have a freight only
claim, please enter 0 in the
labor charges field.
3. If you have multiple part
numbers on the same claim,
enter the highest number as the
top assembly. You may add
additional part numbers lower in
the claim.

• To support the evaluation, electronic files may be submitted with the
claim. Identify the file on your hard drive and click on the “Attach”
button. You will receive confirmation that the file was uploaded
successfully.
• Once all the required fields are complete, you can submit the claim.

• You will receive a confirmation that the claim has been submitted.
• You should receive an email verification within 24 hours
acknowledging the receipt of the claim.

Registration for a Honeywell ID
A Honeywell ID is
required for a Claim
Submittal - If you do
not have a Honeywell
ID, click on the
register button.

you create a

Requesting Access to the Warranty Claims Tool
• Once you have obtained a Honeywell ID, you may submit
claims for Honeywell Aerospace products, excluding Engines
and Auxiliary Power Units (APU’s) which are covered by MSP
Warranty claims.
• To submit claims for Engines and APU’s covered by a MSP
plan, you must request tool access. Go to My Account.

• Your Account details will
open. View ‘My Website
Tools’ and click on the
‘Manage My Tools’ link.
•Tools that you
currently have access
to are listed at the
top.
•Locate the „Warranty
and Programs
Claims/Credit Memo
Access.
•Check the “Request
Access” button, be
sure to “Update” at
the bottom of the
page.
•Your request will be
reviewed/processed.
