A Warm up is usually done before participating in technical sports or exercising.It consists of a gradual increase in intensity i physical activity (pulse raised), joint mobility exercise a Sport related activity. Warming up prepares t'he body mentally and physically.

WHY?

- to improve your perfomamance

- to prevent the risk injury/lesions

OBJECTIVESTo activate the function of respiratory system

To activate function ot the heart rate and circulatory system. (arteries, veins and capillaries.

To increase the body temperature.

To get the points and muscles ready.
